"Boldest Takeover is dedicated to organizing and representing all Correction Officers under the jurisdiction of the New York City Department of Correction. Our mission is to ensure that our members receive due recognition and appropriate compensation for their professional work, and to continually improve their working conditions. We are committed to promoting our members' social welfare, advancing their professional skills, and upholding the highest standards and best traditions of the Correction service. We strive to undertake all lawful efforts to further the mutual interests of Correction Officers and their organizations, wherever they may be."
